Burlesque "Summer Camp" Classes!

Ever watched a burlesque show and thought “Wow! That looks like fun, I’d love to do that!” Well, now you can learn to strut your stuff in a sexy and lighthearted class atmosphere. Learn the basics of burlesque performance and get in shape while shimmying and shaking your way through fun dance routines!

Summertime is coming, so it's time for Burlesque Summer Camp!

This session of "Burlesquercise", we'll be having fun with a burlesque-style syncronized swimming workout without a pool! Plus learn two brand new Burlesquercise routines which will be performed at upcoming shows around the Bay Area: an exotic, bellydance-inspired version AND a go-go version of "Miserlou." So throw on your retro bathing suit, grab a beach towel and some sunglasses, and let's play!

But don't forget your Burlesque Summer Camp homework! We'll also be going over the basics every girl needs to get started in the world of burlesque. From choosing a stagename to promoting yourself to booking your first gigs, you'll learn everything you need to know to go from "wanna-be" to "gotta-see"! You won't want to miss this!

This series is available on Mondays or Wednesdays, so take your pick!
